VA Disability is not included in the median income test

With the passage of the Haven Act, people receiving VA disability income no longer have to include that income to determine whether they are above or below median income for purposes of means testing. Social Security income has been excluded from means testing, but previously VA Disability was included and it could prevent veteran's from Chapter 7 relief. No longer!
